Upon arriving at the hotel, my family and I were immediately impressed by the warm and friendly welcome we received from the staff. They took the time to show us around the property and made sure we were comfortable before leaving us to settle in. We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and tasteful decor of our room, which featured a spacious layout and a comfortable bed that easily accommodated my 6'3 husband. One of the highlights of our stay was the family-friendly amenities and activities offered by the hotel. the courtyard was a lovely spot to relax with a cup of tea while our children played in the designated play area. They also enjoyed the entertainment provided by the hotel triplets, who put on a delightful show that kept the whole family entertained. In the mornings, we looked forward to the delicious breakfast options available to us. From full English breakfasts to Eggs Benedict, there was something for everyone to enjoy. the quality of the food was top-notch and we appreciated the variety offered on the menu. Overall, our experience at the hotel was superb and we would not hesitate to book a stay here again in the future. the family-friendly amenities, warm hospitality, and convenient location made our trip to York truly memorable. We highly recommend this hotel to other families looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
